ARIPSY is an AI-powered educational platform that provides:

• Automated study note generation from text and documents
• Flashcard creation for learning and memorization
• Question generation for self-assessment
• Exam-focused content tailored to various exam boards

The Service uses artificial intelligence to process educational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors and should be verified by users.

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• AI responses may vary and are not deterministic

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by ARIPSY Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

7.2 Trademarks

"ARIPSY" and our logo are trademarks of ARIPSY Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or attribution.

8.1 Free and Paid Plans

ARIPSY offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free accounts have usage limits; paid plans offer extended features and higher limits.

8.2 Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

8.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

8.4 Free Trial

We may offer free trials. You may be required to provide payment information. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARIPSY Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@aripsy.com.

11.2 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.

11.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or other urgent matters.
