This is the reference version of our Refunds & Cancellation policy. Translations are provided for convenience.

1. The short version

  • The Free plan never charges you and doesn't need a card.
  • Cancel a subscription at any time in Settings → Manage subscription.
  • Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
  • Charged by mistake, twice, or after you cancelled? We always refund it.

2. How subscriptions work

Pro is available monthly or yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Paddle, our merchant of record, takes the payment and emails you a receipt each time.

If the price of your subscription changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to you. One-time passes, where offered, give Pro until their stated end date and never renew.

3. How to cancel

  • Go to Settings → Manage subscription and choose Cancel. Paddle confirms by email.
  • Or email support@aripsy.com from your account email address and we'll cancel for you.
  • Cancelling stops future payments. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free. Your saved study sets stay in your account.
  • Deleting your account also cancels your subscription straight away and ends Pro access. You can still ask for a refund under this policy afterwards, using your Paddle receipt.

4. Refunds

  • 14-day money-back: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a monthly plan, a yearly plan or a one-time pass. You don't need to give a reason.
  • Renewal payments aren't refundable, except for billing errors or where the law requires it. If you don't want to continue, cancel before your renewal date.
  • Billing errors, such as double charges or a charge after you cancelled, are always refunded in full.
  • After the money-back window, payments are generally not refundable. Exceptions: when the law requires a refund, when we significantly reduce paid features during your paid period, or when we close your account without you breaking our terms. In those cases we refund the unused part of the period.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@aripsy.com from your account email address and include your Paddle receipt or order number if you have it. You can also request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle. They usually arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. Once a refund is made, Pro access for that payment ends.

6. Your legal rights

If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital service. Our money-back window gives you at least the same protection, with a full refund. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong with a payment, please contact support@aripsy.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We usually sort problems out within two working days.
